ExCoDOT-2026, organized by ARIES, is designed to introduce the Indian astronomy community to the full capabilities of the 3.6m Devasthal Optical Telescope (DOT). The workshop will guide participants through the complete observational workflow—from proposal preparation and submission to observations, data reduction, analysis, and identifying avenues for impactful scientific research.
Who can apply:
Astronomers currently enrolled in a Ph.D. program, serving as postdoctoral researchers, or working as early-career faculty members or instructors.
